Can I drink on the bus?
As long as you are of legal drinking age you can drink on the bus! But please be advised that we cannot provide alcohol, per the Michigan Department of Transportation guidelines.
Can I smoke on the bus?
We do not allow smoking on any of our vehicles. However, we do allow unlimited stops so if you need a smoke break just let your chauffeur know!
How much will a party bus cost me to rent?
The cost depends on a few factors. Your group size will determine the size of your party bus and the date and time can also affect the price. What we can tell you without knowing your particular situation is that the price we give you is all-inclusive, there are no hidden fees. If you call one of our courteous booking agents, they can give you a specific quote fitted just to you.
I have never rented a party bus before, how do I know which one to choose?
The best way to find out which party bus is perfect for your situation is to call our friendly customer service representatives and let them talk you through the process. We want you to be hooked up with the right party bus for you which depends on group size and what you are wanting your group to be able to participate in.
How do I know which of your party buses are available for certain dates?
The best way to find out availability is by calling our office. Our knowledgeable customer service agents are eager to check our booking schedule to see what is available for your particular date.
Can I rent a party bus for the amount of time I need it for or do you have some kind of minimum requirement?
We do have a 6 hour minimum rental requirement. However, you can certainly rent for longer if you need to!
With all of the drinking I know we will be doing, does the party bus have a bathroom?
Our party buses do not have bathrooms but your rental includes unlimited stops so feel free to ask your driver anytime you need to stop.
Once we turn in our itinerary, are we stuck to that schedule or is there some flexibility?
When you rent one of our party buses, the name of the game is flexibility. If you want to add stops along the way or if you want your driver to make some suggestions on destinations, you are certainly free to do so.
Is there a limit to the number of miles my group can travel?
If we have to drive more than 50 miles to pick you up, you would incur an extra fuel fee. But other than that, we will take you as far as you want to go within your rental time frame.
Do you require a deposit to reserve a party bus?
Yes, we require a $200 hold on your credit card which will then be released once we determine there was no damage to the party bus.
Will our driver expect a tip at the end of the night or was the gratuity included in the total price?
The price you were quoted and the price you paid included the minimum gratuity. If you feel the service provided by your driver was over and above and you would like to tip an additional amount, that is up to you.
How forms of payment do you take?
We accept credit or debit card, traveler's check, pre-approved bank check, or cash to the driver on the date of service.
Most services like yours have hidden fees, what are yours?
We don't believe in the concept of hidden fees and you won't find them because they just aren't there.
I have a group of people that want to visit Winterfest between Christmas and New Years, will you be running party buses at that time of the year?
Yes, we would certainly be available, we operate 24/7, 365 days.
I understand we can drink on the party bus, my question is where does the alcohol come from, do we bring our own or do we buy it from you?
Legally, we are not permitted to provide alcohol to your group, but you can bring anything your heart desires and stock the built-in ice coolers onboard your party bus.

Any overtime is charged at the same hourly rate that you rented the vehicle for. Please contact us for further information.
